                                                 TUITION AGREEMENT 2008-2009

K-8 Tuition and Fees:

  1. Registration Fee:  $200.00 per child if completed registration form and registration fee are returned between March 17th and May 23rd  ; $250 per child if completed registration form and registration fee are returned between May 26th and June 6th ; $300 per child if completed registration form and registration fee are returned after June 6th. (Registration Fee is waived if submitted by March 14th, 2008.)
  2. Books/software/necessaries fee--$175 per child
  3. Tuition: $4,700 per child

 

Pre-K Program Rates:

  1. Registration Fee:  $200.00 per child if completed registration form and registration fee are returned between March 17th and May 23rd  ; $250 per child if completed registration form and registration fee are returned between May 26th and June 6th ; $300 per child if completed registration form and registration fee are returned after June 6th. (Registration Fee is waived if submitted by March 14th, 2008.)

  3. Tuition (per child):

            Full day, 5 days per week (per child)……………..$5,200

            Full day, up to 3 days per week (per child)           $4,200

            AM only, 5 days per week (per child)……………..$3,600

            AM only, up to 3 days per week (per child)………$3,400

I/We the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s), do hereby agree to pay Torah Academy tuition in full for my/our child(ren) for the 2008-09 school year, as follows:

____       By single lump sum payment in cash or check ($100/family rebate if paid in full before 6/8/08);

____       By bank loan. Must be approved by May 1st and first consecutive monthly payment (of 10) will be due July 1st ; parents are responsible for all late fees or processing fees and for immediate payment of any loan charged back to the school.

____       By making other arrangements (prior to April 19th, 2008) with the Parent & Tuition Committee Uzzi Kehaty 866-4029 or Gershon Schreiber 866-4323.

I/we acknowledge and agree that for any of my children who are expelled from school for disciplinary reasons all financial aid will be revoked and the balance of tuition fees for the year for said child become immediately forfeit and are due in full to Torah Academy.

 

I/we acknowledge that Torah Academy will withhold services until/unless the family’s financial obligations are current/paid in full.
